Character profiles - Carly and Kimiko

Age: 22
Appearance: Approximately the same as canon. Which is to say, mid-length dark green hair, glasses. However, she's also a little more physically fit than canon, as well as any minor changes to her body that having become a mother would have made... not to mention the fact that any of her clothes would have either been made, or found around in Satellite. Meaning that instead of her canon outfit, she's dressed in jeans, long-sleeved striped top, boots, and Yuusei's old Team Satisfaction vest.
Personality: Very similar to canon in that she mainly wants to see the best in people, and wants to have people be the best they can be, and be happy. Her dream occupation is to be a reporter, and she'd always been interested in cameras, so one project Yuusei and Kiryu both worked on was to fix one up for her, meaning that she has quite a few photos of the team from when they were together. She sees Yuusei, Jack and Crow as something similar to younger brothers, or close friends at the very least. She may not have grown up with Kiryu, but she's known him for longer than them and got close enough to him that she calls him 'Kyousuke' and they were considered an item. She had been considering the thought that she might be seeing Jack in a new light before they found out that Kiryu was, in fact, still 'alive'. She doesn't see marriage itself as absolutely necessary and important until a while after Satellite has been rejoined with the City, and even then it's mainly to stop people being confused over her and Kiryu's relationship, and for Kimiko's sake.

Birthday: November 11 (ironically, only ten days after her father's)
Appearance: Kimiko is a little girl who has similar traits to both of her parents. Her eyes are the same amber shade as her father's, while her hair is a light green colour, a mixture of Carly's dark green and Kiryu's blue-white. As yet in most other respects, she more resembles a younger Carly.
Personality: Kimiko, being as young as she is, is still learning about the world and the people around her. She sees Jack, Crow and Yuusei as her uncles, and knows next to nothing about her father... aside from what he looks like, thanks to Carly's photos. Later, it will become clear that she subconsciously remembers the sound of his voice as well, as she will shout 'papa!' at hearing him call out to Yuusei while still a Dark Signer. Kimiko likes the idea of being a pretty princess, which is more driven from the fact that Jack has the 'King' theme going, and her father was their team's leader. She's very curious, a trait that will likely get her to follow in her mother's footsteps later on in life.
