From an AU inspired by one of the pregnancy test memes on Tumblr. Carly grew up in Satellite, knowing Kiryu before Team Satisfaction was formed, and then getting to know Yuusei, Jack and Crow through him.

Shortly after Team Satisfaction won over their first sector, they had a party, Kiryu and Carly disappeared later on - and a few weeks later, they found out that she was pregnant. And given it's Satellite, options were rare, leading to the 18 year old having a baby.

Kimiko was born four months before her father would go on to attack Security, and regardless what the others tried would end up being arrested, and they would later be told that he'd died in jail, leaving Kimiko without a father. Jack, for the time before he was lured away into the City by Rex Godwin's machinations, took over that duty in many ways, but all of the Team Satisfaction members had in some way or other become the girl's extended family.

When Jack left, Carly would stay with Martha, occasionally going to visit the others when it was safe to, and the others also visiting her. She'd learn to ride a D-wheel in this time, although would later disable the duel functionality to better make sure she couldn't be caught out by an enforced duel while riding. She would also show Kimiko Jack's riding duels on TV, pointing out how that was her 'uncle Jack'.

Canonpoint is about a month before Yuusei leaves for Neo Domino to settle things with Jack.
